These timings are from your date of payment, rather than from when you apply and are intended as a guideline only. Some events may require more time depending on the scale and complexity.
All notice times refer to the minimum notice period, and are working days from payment.
We also offer a pre-application consultation service. This can help you to identify opportunities and costs to help you with your decision-making ahead of a full application. The pre-application consultation needs to take place 10 to 15 working days before existing timescales are triggered.
