Please complete this application form to apply to film or hold an event in Westminster.

We will review your application based on the information you have provided, which includes checking for parallel event and filming activity, and ensuring you meet our published timelines.

Your application must include:

  • what your event activity is and what it is for
  • total expected attendees
  • a list of any proposed activities and equipment, including but not limited to marquees or pop-ups, stage, sound system or PA, generators, catering, funfair rides, stalls, workshops, branding
  • whether any licences are required to cover the sale of alcohol, live entertainment or performance, street trading or temporary structures
  • parking requirements
  • traffic Management or road closure requirements to safely facilitate the activity

While site plans are very helpful to explain your activity, the above details should be included in the written application and not solely included on a site plan.

If once you’ve applied, you notify us of additional information that significantly changes your activity, or make additional operational requests we may not be able to facilitate this if these fall outside of our published timelines.
