Renew busking and street entertainment licence
To renew your licence, please apply at least two weeks prior to the expiry of your current one month licence and at least four weeks prior to the expiry of your current six month licence.
Please complete the online form and provide a copy of your current public liability insurance.
Vary busking and street entertainment licence
Apply to vary the terms and conditions of your existing licence.
You cannot vary the sale of item(s) on your temporary licence, this would require a new application to be submitted.

Apply to renew and vary your existing licence. Please use this form if you wish to vary and renew your licence at the same time. Renewing and varying separately will cost more than doing both at the same time.

Next steps
Your licence will be sent to you within 10 working days for a renewal application and 21 working days for a variation application or a renewal and variation application.
During this time, you can continue to perform in the regulated areas in Westminster using your current licence conditions.
When your licence is received you must begin using this version. Please ensure that you have it available for inspection on request.
