About Section B
The second part of this guidance (Section B) sets out in more detail our advice on carbon reduction, pollution reduction and urban greening. We want you to incorporate this guidance into the design of your building or the way you operate your site. This information has been consolidated and built upon in our new Environmental Supplementary Planning Document (ESPD), which is open for public consultation from 17 May to 28 June.
