Apply for or renew disabled parking badges

1. Badges

Blue Badge

The national Blue Badge scheme doesn't apply in Westminster due to traffic congestion and the high demand for parking in Central London.

Visit Blue Badge London for more information.

Blue and White Badges

Westminster City Council operates a White Badge scheme which works alongside a Blue Badge. If you aren't eligible for a White Badge, you may still receive a Blue Badge.

To maximise your parking privileges in the borough, you can apply for a Blue and a White Badge. The White Badge can only be used in Westminster by eligible individuals and organisations.

Find out where you can park with your Blue or White Badge.

2. Eligibility

Westminster residents and organisations

Disabled individuals living in Westminster, or Westminster-based organisations that care for disabled people may be eligible for a free disabled parking badge. This includes the Westminster White Badge and the national Blue Badge.
