What happens next
If you apply online, you do not have to send copies of your application to responsible authorities.
Tacit consent will apply for applications made online and if unopposed at the end of the consultation period.
This means you will be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from us by the end of the target completion period.
Our target completion period for Licensing Act 2003 premises licence applications are:
- 40 days for new, provisional and full variation applications
- 30 days for all other application types*
*Minor variation applications will not be given tacit authorisation as, by law, they will be automatically refused if the authority has not determined the application after 15 days from receipt.
