Influencing our services
As our residents, we believe it is important to consult with you. We offer appropriate ways for you to comment and influence any proposed changes to the way we deliver our housing management service.
Locally we offer a range of ways for you to get involved, which include:
- Residents’ Associations, Residents’ Voice, Sounding Boards and Block Rep’s
- Tenant Management Organisations
We also have a formal engagement structure which looks at wider policy issues as well as local matters. This model is being reviewed.
If appropriate we will write to you if you are affected directly by the changes. From time to time, we will also hold consultation events across the city to obtain your views.
