Fitzrovia West planning referendums

Two referendums, one residential referendum and one business referendum, in respect of the Fitzrovia West Neighbourhood Plan, will be held on 2 September 2021.

The question asked in the referendums will be:

‘Do you want Westminster City Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Fitzrovia West to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?’

The polling place will be Fitzrovia Centre, 2 Foley St, London W1W 6DL.

The hours of voting will be from 7am to 10pm.

Specified documents (available for inspection and including):

  • draft NDP
  • examiners report
  • summary of representations submitted to examiner
  • statement that the Council is satisfied with the basic conditions and provisions as they apply
  • statement that sets out general information as to town and country planning (and neighbourhood planning) and the referendum (with regard to any guidance issued by SoS)
