Panel terms and conditions
An attendance ‘honorarium’ is offered as remuneration for panel members and chairs. There will be no remuneration fee for induction and Annual Review Days.
The panel is an independent body to the Council and panel members are not directly employed by the Council.
All members, including chairs, must provide impartial and expert oral advice during review sessions and abide by terms of reference and confidentiality agreement.
Council members and officers are not eligible to join the panel.
On appointment, new panel members will be asked to sign a code of conduct form committing themselves to abide by rules and regulations of the panel operation and declare any potential conflicts of interest.
