Please complete the application form and attach your CV (no more than 4 pages) by 11:59pm on Monday 13 March.
Applicants who wish to apply to be a panel chair must please complete the relevant box.
Next steps
- 13 February to 13 March 2023, receive applications
- Late March, interview and appoint chairs, panel applications are sorted, and decisions made on who will be asked to take part
- Early April, successful candidates informed
- Proposed for late April, early May, induction and first panel meeting
All meetings will take take place on a weekday and will preferably be in person but will be offered as hybrid
If you are applying to be chair, please confirm with your application if there are any dates you are unable to attend interviews.
