Fees
Our City Promotions, Events and Filming team is a discretionary service that facilitates event and filming activity throughout the city. We charge filming companies fees to recover the costs of the service to facilitate your application.
The amount you pay will be based on the size and nature of your organisation and how your event or filming benefits the community.

Please note that 20% VAT will be applied to filming charges.
Our highways charges for Section 16a Traffic Orders increased on 15 January 2024. The new fee of £1,108.88 will apply to applications received on or after this date that request a road closure.
