Library members can borrow eBooks, eMagazines, eAudiobooks, eComics and eScores for free from Libby by Overdrive. All you need is your library card membership number and pin or password. You can start reading or listening instantly on your phone, tablet or computer in just a few taps.

This digital library is available 24/7 without leaving home and is free from our library. Choose from bestsellers, fiction, nonfiction, books for children, and more. Download the Libby app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to get started. Or, use it in your web browser at libbyapp.com:

Borrowbox is now available.

BorrowBox lets you access amazing audiobooks 24 hours a day, seven days a week for free via the BorrowBox app—all your favourite content at the click of a button. Download the app and log in using your library account details (membership number and PIN) to get started. 

Use your phone, tablet, laptop or home computer; library members can now access bestselling titles from chart-topping authors, such as Richard Osman, Lee Child, Matt Haig, Liane Moriarty, Colson Whitehead, Heather Morris and Lynda La Plante, among many more.

BorrowBox is available from the Apple Store and Google Play

Users only need to download the app and log in using their library credentials.

Once you have an account, you can borrow and download up to eight items for up to three weeks, reserve a title and get emailed when it is available to borrow.

A help page is also available on the BorrowBox website, once customers sign in to their accounts. The Help page consists of FAQ’s and additional helpful information.

You cannot download eBooks using a Westminster library computer or any Kindle product except for the Kindle Fire - see Overdrive help pages for Fire tablets. The Kindle Fire app will not notify you of system updates. To get the latest version, uninstall and reinstall the app on your Kindle Fire.
