Routine and emergency repairs

To keep you and your home safe and secure we offer a routine and emergency repairs service.

Routine repairs

Non-emergency repairs can be reported online by logging into the MyWestminsterHousing portal at any time. It only takes a few minutes to register for the portal and you can find registration guidance on our MyWestminsterHousing registration video. The portal also allows you to report Anti-social behaviour, make payments and update your details. 

Before reporting a repair, please check your repair rights and responsibilities.

Emergency repairs

An emergency repair is when there's immediate danger to you or the structure of the building. In an emergency we'll make the situation safe; we may need to return another day to complete the full repair.

All emergency repairs can be reported 24/7 by calling 0800 358 3783.
