 Online resources can help you access help and support straight away and at a time which is convenient for you. 

  • Kooth -  an online well-being community where young people aged 11 to 25 can access free, safe, and anonymous mental health support. You can access text-based counselling with trained professionals, interact with other young people through discussion boards, and browse a wide range of self-help resources. 
  • Hub of Hope – a mental health support database provided by Chasing the Stigma
  • Good Thinking – digital mental health and wellbeing support for Londoners
  • My Mind TV – engaging video content covering all types of mental health
  • Best For You – an A-Z of resources, apps and advice
  • Young Minds – provides tools to help you cope

The Mix – No matter what issue you may be facing, The Mix is always there. Get in touch through their website and online community, over the phone or via social media. Support is free, confidential and anonymous and can be accessed from wherever you are.
