We Got U, U Got This

Support and help for your mental health.

To understand your feelings

Many services in your local settings, such as youth clubs and schools, can help you understand your feelings and develop a long-term plan.

  • Kooth  – an online wellbeing community where young people aged 11 to 25 can access free, safe, and anonymous mental health support. You can access text-based counselling with trained professionals, interact with other young people through discussion boards, and browse a wide range of self-help resources.
  • MIND – The local MIND team are based in schools and youth clubs and offers sessions if you’re experiencing anxiety or low mood. You can speak to the team by emailing [email protected]
  • Grenfell Health and Wellbeing – for the North Kensington community, provides one-to-one and group therapies and tailors the support to your specific needs.
  • School Health Service (School Nursing): Your school nurse can give you confidential advice on anything to do with your physical and mental health, and you can speak to them about any worries or concerns. You can contact them by asking your school about their drop-in service, using the School Health Service contact form or  by calling 0203 317 4460.
  • SASH stands for Support and Advice on Sexual Health. They are a free, non-clinical service for those aged over the age of 14 to support you in improving your sexual health, relationships and mental health.

As part of this campaign, we have worked with a local film student Tabby who has created a series of videos with other young people about mental health and the services we have on offer.
