Mrs D, a Westminster resident, about their energy advice service experience:

I had a home visit from David last Friday and wanted to say what an amazing service it was. David could not have been nicer or more helpful. He carefully advised me on any benefits I could get, advised me on how to save energy, and insulated the radiators, window and door perfectly. I even got lightbulbs, a new shower head and a beautiful hot water bottle covered in love hearts. My whole flat feels covered in love hearts! Thank you so much for all your kindness and great work.
