A group of blocks included within T153(N) (Durham Terrace and Gloucester Terrace) have recently, during projects T163 and T173, have had fire safety and general refurbishment and decoration works to the communal areas. T163 was carried out in 2014 and T173 was carried out in 2015. Therefore, communal decorations and refurbishment to these blocks have been omitted from T153(N) and these blocks are only scoped for external refurbishment and decoration works.
