T153N - North Street Properties

T153(N) is a programme of planned refurbishment works to distributed street properties located within the North and West Areas of Westminster with the properties split across multiple streets. The intention of these works is to maintain the internal and external fabric and infrastructure of the buildings. The project will predominantly focus on external / internal repairs and decorations, roof works, window repairs and replacement, health and safety, fire safety and compliance works.
