Certificates of non impediment
If you are getting married abroad and have been advised to obtain a certificate of non impediment (CONI), make a booking to attend an appointment.
Please note that CONI appointments can only be attended by Westminster Residents who are also British Passport Holders. Please also be aware that there is still a 29 day waiting period between when you attend your appointment and when the certificate can be issued, and you will also need to allow enough to collect the signed certificate prior to any travels abroad.
