Every residential property in Westminster, including individual houses or blocks of flats receives, at least one mixed recycling collection per week.

Only put items listed in ‘what goes in mixed recycling’ in your clear bags or in the large communal recycling bins if you live on an estate or in a blocks of flats.

We deliver clear recycling bags to residents twice a year to residents who receive a kerbside mixed recycling collection service. It is quick and easy to order more if you need them. Unfortunately, due to the current lockdown, it is not possible to pick-up recycling bags from libraries or the Mobile Recycling Centre.

If you live on an estate, put your recycling in reusable bags. Then empty the contents into your estate's communal recycling bins and keep the reusable bag to use again. Please go to your local estate office and pick up a reusable bag or order a reusable bag by emailing [email protected]
