Affordable workspace

To support the preparation of the Planning Obligations and Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (2024) and Affordable Workspace Informal Planning Guidance Note (February 2024), the council produced an Affordable Workspace Evidence note (July 2023) – see the note:

The report outlines evidence to support the provision of Affordable Workspace in Westminster and to inform the City of Westminster’s Enterprise Space Programme which is the council’s programme related to investing in and creating new affordable and supportive workspace.
