Project outline
A range of external and communal refurbishment works are planned for the Mozart estate, starting with blocks to the south of Dart Street (phase 1).
Our initial planning stage is complete and we expect the scope of works to cover the following key items:
- Window repairs
- Roof and drainage repairs
- External repairs and redecoration
- Asphalt repairs to communal walkways (where applicable)
- Internal communal area repairs and decorations
- Communal lighting upgrades
- Estate wide external hard-landscaping repairs, including tarmac and paving repairs and vegetation removal
- Extension of boiler flues (where required)
- Installation of extract fans to kitchen and bathrooms (where necessary, to tenanted flats only).
The works are expected to take place between 2024-25.
