Penalty point scheme
We use a penalty point scheme to enforce licence conditions. City Inspectors may issue penalty points where a licence holder or registered assistant fails to comply with a condition of their licence. Should a licence holder accrue 25 points or more within a 6 month period, we will consider revoking their licence.
The penalty point scheme is currently under review. Further information about the revised scheme will be available in the near future.
