Project outline
Our contractor, United Living, is carrying out external and internal repairs and decorations at 20 blocks on the Lisson Green Estate in 2021.
The scope of the work includes:
- Roofing repairs
- Brickwork repairs
- External repair work
- External decorations
- Communal redecorations
- Repair or replacement of windows
- Electrical work
- Fire Safety works
- Asbestos Works
- Communal ventilation (some blocks only)
All work is expected to be completed in summer 2023.
