Lilestone Estate Major Works: Eastlake, Tadema and Stanfield (project T169)

The Client Brief has been approved by the Council. You can find a copy of this under the documents tab section. 

Our contractor, United Living, has assessed the necessary work and formulated a Project Execution Plan. The PEP outlines their initial plans for delivering the project based on the work identified by Westminster City Council. 

The next steps

We will write to you again once the PEP has been approved by the Commissioning Team. The letter will also include an invitation to meet with the contractor, United Living. During this meeting, you will be given the opportunity to ask questions, share your concerns and learn more about the project.
