Lilestone Estate Major Works: Eastlake, Tadema and Stanfield (project T169)

Major works are planned to three blocks on Lilestone Estate - Eastlake, Tadema and Stanfield Houses. 

The scope of works include:

• Roof repairs.
• Window replacement.
• Installation of new extractor fans.
• Internal and external repairs and redecoration.
• Tarmac repairs and resurfacing to car park area.
• Repair raised brick planters.
