Premises licence: change of details

Which details can be changed

You can request the following administrative changes to your premises licence:

• change of name or address of the licence holder. Please note, if a company changes its company number, you'll need to apply to transfer a premises licence instead
• change of trading name
• duplicate licence
• removal of works following clearance from the responsible authorities

For each change request, you'll need to pay a fee of £10.50.

How to apply

To request an updated licence with the administrative changes, please pay the fee online. Go to Premises licence (LA2003) and enter your premises licence number as the reference.  

Once you have paid please email a copy of the receipt for the payment, the details of the administrative changes, and your premises licence number to [email protected]
