Premises Licensing and other fees
Licences and permits that are not subject to renewal have an annual fee that must be paid each year. These include premises licences and club premises certificates issued under the Licensing Act 2003 and premises licences and permits issued under the Gambling Act 2005.
It is the responsibility of the licence or permit holder to pay their annual fee by the relevant date to prevent the licence or permit from being suspended.
Street Trading Invoices
We will send you an invoice every 4 weeks for your pitch fees for the forthcoming period. This is payable immediately.
If you begin trading between invoice periods you will be issued with a pro-rata invoice to cover the interim period.
It is the responsibility of the licence holder to pay their invoices as failure to pay your street trading invoices may result in the revocation of your licence.
Please be aware that an invoice is a request for payment of fees. If you receive a credit note, this refers to the cancellation of a specific invoice and does not require any further action by you.
Ways to pay
You can pay your annual fee or invoice online or phone: 020 7641 6500.
Please have your licence or invoice number available when paying the fee to ensure that the payment is allocated to the appropriate licence, permit or invoice.
