Westminster Community Gallery

Find out more about the exhibitions hosted at the council's Community Gallery at City Hall.

About the Community Gallery

Local arts and culture is celebrated on the ground floor mezzanine at the council’s main office building located at Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP.

The gallery is open 10am to 5pm, seven days per week.

The programme is based on key events in the national and local calendar such as Black History Month, Chinese New Year and Mental Health Awareness Week.

The programme also creates opportunities for the council’s Arts and Archives collections to become more accessible to residents and visitors through exhibits and interpretation that will present both historical and contemporary narratives to tell the story of Westminster.

We seek out opportunities to collaborate with local arts and community organisations to develop the displays. The gallery provides a showcase to represent Westminster today as a vibrant, creative hub which celebrates diversity and inclusivity, alongside its rich local heritage.
