John Aird Court refurbishment works (project Y107)

Our Asset Strategy Team have now finalised the proposed scope and budget for the works. This information is detailed in the Client Brief document which can be viewed in the document section of this page. 

We held two update meetings for residents on 29 March and 3 April 2023 in regards to the planned works and next steps. A full summary of these sessions, including a Q&A is also available in the document section.  

Our major works contractor, Axis Europe will now start working on the detailed planning for these works. Further updates will be added here as the plans progress. 

 

Windows Working Group:

There is a lot of interest from residents in regards to plans for the new windows. To ensure we agree a window design that has the support of residents, we have set up a John Aird Court Windows Working Group. All residents were given the opportunity to join the working group in October 2022, with the first meeting taking place on 30 November 2022.  The notes from the first meeting of the working group can be viewed in the document section of this page.
