Pest infestation
We provide a pest control service to all tenants and leaseholders. As well as treating rooms in your home, we will also treat problems in areas such as hallways, sheds, garages and community halls.
Types of treatment vary but poisoned bait is a common solution for many pest infestations. If this is used then you will be advised about safety and hygiene precautions that you may need to take. There will also be follow up visits to make sure the treatment has worked.
If you are a tenant you will not be charged for the pest control service. If you are a leaseholder, the cost is covered by your service charge.
Occasionally, other work is recommended as a result of a pest problem. This work is carried out for free if you are a tenant but if you are a leaseholder you will be responsible for the work.
