About the project
The construction of the news home behind Helmsdale, Melrose and Keith house are now complete. This is part of our commitment to build new affordable homes in the city, in line with our Fairer Westminster Strategy.
The project is made up of:
- 12 new spacious and energy efficient homes for social rent, including five family-sized homes
- A mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes
- Improved cycle parking
Project status
These homes will be prioritised for local people under a local lettings scheme and will be advertised directly to residents eligible to bid through.
These new homes will be let through a Local Lettings Plan and will be advertised on the Choice Based Lettings webpage soon. Eligible residents will be able to bid once the properties are advertised.
