About the project

The council has completed the build of 20 Luxborough Street. Delivering 14 new homes for social rent and London Living Rent levels, making this scheme 100% affordable for the community.

The Luxborough Street scheme delivers:

  • seven council homes for social rent
  • seven homes for intermediate rent
  • a mix of one and two-bedroom homes, offered to local people first through a Local Lettings Plan
  • landscaping improvements to Luxborough Tower Gardens
  • a nursery space
