Work Element Description of Works
Cladding replacement Replace the existing Kingspan-Ward DW600A cladding system to the rear riser structure with a suitable non-combustible replacement system that meets Building Regulations.

Due to the presence of gas, the riser is to provide suitable ventilation externally and must be appropriately fire stopped between all floors.

The Service Provider is required to seek planning and building control approval for new riser cladding replacement.
Associated fire safety works Carry out fire stopping survey of all communal areas including services risers (to be undertaken by TPC appointed 3rd party certified contractors) and carry out work identified areas.
Electrical works Relocate the automatic opening vents (AOV) electrical panels
