Project outline

We are replacing the small section of cladding on the outside of the building, and carrying out additional fire safety works at Glastonbury House.

This work was originally planned to take place while the sprinkler and flat front entrance doors works were onsite in 2019. However, the decision was made to postpone the works and COVID-19 meant that work could not start onsite as planned.

The work includes:

  • Replacing the small section of external cladding.
  • Fire stopping works, to prevent the spread of smoke / fire.
  • Moving the electrics that operate the automatic opening windows in the event of a fire.

The details of the previous project, which included fire doors and the installation of sprinklers, can be found here.

If you have any questions about the project, please contact Ahmed, your Resident Liaison Officer, on 0800 023 1722 or 07803 509 946 or [email protected]
