Carlton Vale refurbishment works (Project X104)

We held two introductory meetings for residents about our plans in September 2022. 

Following these meetings, our Asset Strategy and mechanical and electrical team have carried out some investigations into the water pressure issues reported by several residents. We also sent questionnaires to all residents to gain feedback on the issues and we received over 30 responses.

Our investigations, alongside resident feedback confirms additional work is required to improve the water supply system across all six blocks. We are currently working with a consultant to develop these plans. Please see the most recent update letter in the document section dated 3 April 2023.
