Carlton Vale refurbishment works (Project X104)

A wide range of refurbishment works are being planned for the six blocks that make up the Carlton Vale estate. 

We are in the early planning stages at the moment, however the scope of works is expected to cover the following key items: 

• New double glazed windows to all blocks 
• Roof renewal (including new insulation) to all blocks
• External repairs and redecoration
• Communal area decorations
• Mechanical and electrical work include emergency lighting and lateral mains
• Fire safety works
• Improvements to the water supply system, including new tank room, booster water and distribution pipework.

The works are anticipated to take place between 2024-25.
