• Commencement of fabric repairs to Elm House
• Commencement of fabric repairs to Ash House
• Continuation of roof renewal to Ash House
• Continuation of communal decorations to Elm House
• Continuation of communal decorations to Ash House
• Continuation of bin store door installations within Avenue Gardens (trimming/mastic application)
• Cat Ladder installation’s to multiple blocks
• PV installation to Elm House.
• Hand rail installation to Elm House.

Works completed in the week

• Site clearance of rear of pine house
• Asbestos removal of SVP’s to ASH house
• Fabric repairs to ELM HOUSE
• New slates and lead aprons installed to roadside of Ash and Elm house
• PV installation to ELM house 70% Complete
• Handrail to ELM house complete
• Liquid balconies completed;
  • 10 holly house – front and back
  • 11 Elm house – secondary balcony
  • 30 & 31 Ash House – liquid box gutter
  • 30 Ash house – secondary balcony 
  • 7 Ash house – secondary balcony 

4 Weeks Look Ahead

• Scaffold strike to Fir and Holly in a progressive Manner.

• Completion of installation of CAT ladder to Pine House
• Completion of installation of CAT ladder to Fir House
• Completion of installation of PV panels to Elm House
• Completion of installation of PV panels to Ash House
• Completion of installation of safety handrail system to Elm House
• Completion of installation of safety handrail system to Ash House
• Window overhauls within Avenue Gardens ongoing
• Extractor fan replacements ongoing/subsequent making good works ongoing

Projected End Date

• 6^th June 2024 – Pending EOT acceptance
