The following works are currently in progress on the Avenue Gardens Estate:
- Full roof renewal.
- Drainage and guttering repairs.
- External repairs and decorations.
Please note that some of the work planned for Birch House was brought forward, and is now complete. The latest update on Birch House is here.
The site set up started in mid-July, with the first scaffold starting from 15 August 2022. Works are scheduled to complete to all blocks by December 2023.
