It is with great sadness that we advise of the passing of long serving resident representative, Richard Tarling. 

December is here and it’s almost time for Christmas. Members of the Tollgate community came out in cheerful spirits for a socially distanced evening around the Christmas tree.

Last week, with the help of many partners and volunteers, we delivered festive packages to elderly and sheltering residents across the borough in time for Christmas.

2020 has been a challenging year for us all across Westminster, and, while this festive period may feel quite different, we want to hear what you have been truly grateful for this year and spread some silly season cheer together.  

Many of our staff will be taking a well-deserved break over the festive period, so we will be open by appointment only on certain days. 

Three of our housing estates have once again received Green Flag Awards for quality green spaces.

Since October 2019, when we first launched our Local Offer, we have been working in partnership with residents to transform how we deliver housing services locally. It's an initiative that puts you at the heart of changes where you live, and we’re calling out for ideas to improve local housing areas.

There has been an increase in doorstep scams. These scams are carried out by criminals knocking on doors, posing as tradespeople or council officers, and providing false information to gain access into your home.

While festivities will look very different this year as a result of COVID-19 restrictions, with organised displays cancelled and restrictions currently banning the number of people congregating, our annual Autumn Nights campaign work continues again to help keep residents safe this year.
