York Mansions Fire Safety Works (Project AB107)

As part of our commitment to improving fire safety in your home we are planning to carry out fire safety works at York Mansions. 

The project is at the initial planning stage. The scope of work includes:

• Replacing some flat entrance doors (tenants only, with a leaseholder option to ‘opt-in’)
• Stripping up of existing asphalt overcoating, concrete repairs as required including all upstands, skirtings and edge details to balconies.

At the start of 2018, we entered a ten-year partnering contract with two contractors to deliver major works across the City. The contractor appointed to deliver the works in and around your home is United Living. At present United Living will be setting up their site as of Spring 2023.
