notice to all Residents:
Please be advised that all scoped works with exception of the Automatic Opening Vents is 100% completed, however, due to the complexity of designs and changes to current Building Control Regulations, this has caused an unfortunate delay to AOV works being completed.
An extension of time has been granted and the revised completion date is noted as being 5th September, Axis have confirmed that there will be no costs to WCC associated with the delayed works. Thank yo for your patience.
