Scottish Towers Major Works (project AB108)

Work to the Lanark Road street properties is underway. There has been a variation in the scope of the work to these properties. We will include roof renewal work and fit extra insulation. We are doing this work because the existing roofs were approached the end of their lifespan. 

The contractor has provided us with costings for the works to the towers (Edinburgh, Falkirk and Glasgow Houses) and we are carefully checking them. Note this work is very detailed and takes a considerable amount of time. 

When our checks, and any associated queries have been completed we will have a more clearly defined scope of works. At this point we will contact you again to share this information with you and get your feedback.
