Christmas Community Event - Church Street Library

Westminster Recycling Team will be holding a stand at this Christmas community fair. There will also be materials available for residents to make their own upcycled Christmas card to take home with them.

Make Your Own Upcycled 2019 Calendar

Saturday 8 December 1pm to 4pm. Paddington Library, 45 Porchest Road, London, W2 5DU

A free and fun workshop where you will make your own 2019 calendar using recycled materials. A great opportunity to get creative and meet fellow Westminster residents.

Make Your Own Tote Bag

Saturday 19 January 2018 1pm to 4pm. Westminster Reference Library, 35 St Martin’s Street London, WC2H 7HP

Email recycling.champions@westminster.gov.uk to book your place at this fun and free workshop where you will learn how to make your own tote bag from upcycled materials. Places are limited and must be booked in advance.

Give and Take

Saturday 2 February 2018 11.30am to 3.30pm

Have a clear out and bag yourself something new without spending a penny! Drop off items 11.30am to 1.30pm. Pick-up items from 2.30pm onwards. 

You must bring at least one good quality item. You will receive a token per item donated. You can claim an item by exchanging the token. Only good quality items will be accepted (no pierced jewellery, nightwear, swimwear, bathrobes, bedding and underwear including socks). Electrical Items will be PAT tested on the day. Any items not re-homed will be recycled. Email recycling.champions@westminster.gov.uk for further information.
