Parking receipts

Payment for a parking session can be made in a number of ways:

  • ParkRight app
  • RingGo IVR (phone), text or app
  • Payment Terminals (on-street payment machines)
  • Parking Cards (scratchcards)

ParkRight app

When paying to park via the ParkRight app you can obtain your receipts by logging into your account.

Once logged in, click on the Menu, then History. This will show your parking transactions for which you can request a receipt, providing you have an email address associated with the account.

RingGo phone, text or app

When payment is made using these methods, an account is automatically created with your mobile number as your username.

To obtain receipts for your parking sessions you need to log in to your account (a password is required).

Once logged in, click on Dashboard from the drop-down list on the Account tab. This will show your parking transactions and you can either print your receipt or if you have an email address set up on your account, have it emailed to you.

Payment Terminals (on-street payment machines)

If you paid by using an on-street payment machine, you can request a receipt for your parking session. To do so, complete the required fields (denoted by the asterisks) to enable a receipt to be emailed to you.
