Parking receipts

Payment for a parking session can be made in a number of ways:

ParkRight app

The ParkRight app has now been decommissioned and is no longer operational to pay for a parking session. To pay-to-park in Westminster you will now need to do so via the RingGo service or by an alternative method of payment.

Although the ParkRight app is no longer operational to pay for a parking session, you can still obtain your historical receipts by logging into your account.

Once logged in, click on the Menu, then History. This will show your parking transactions for which you can request a receipt, providing you have an email address associated with the account.

When payment is made using these methods, an account is automatically created with your mobile number as your username.

To obtain receipts for your parking sessions you need to log in to your account (a password is required).

Once logged in, click on dashboard from the drop-down list on the account tab. This will show your parking transactions and you can either print your receipt or if you have an email address set up on your account, have it emailed to you.
