In September 2019, Westminster Employment Service hosted a job fair attended by 200 people, including 79 Westminster residents. It was reported as the highest attendance of guests that City Hall has had so far.

Leader of the council, Councillor Nickie Aiken, described the event as “so impressive, a fantastic buzz”.

15 applicants were successful in securing a place at Westminster City Council as an apprentice in the Business Administration Level 3 role. Out of the 15 successful candidates, 10 are Westminster residents, helping the council work towards its ambition of creating a City for All.
