Showcasing the best emerging brands, entrepreneurs and creatives.

Meanwhile On

About Meanwhile On

Meanwhile On is a supportive platform for emerging brands, entrepreneurs, and creatives to launch stores. By transforming shops that are currently empty or with an undesirable use, we are bringing new concepts and experiences to add vibrancy to high streets while incubating brands that have the potential to become long-term occupiers.

Building on our award-winning Pop-Up programme, Meanwhile On is providing free or significantly reduced initial rents, 70% business rate relief, store design and fit-out support. There is also operational guidance and mentoring from our project delivery partner Someday Studios

Meanwhile On is part of our Fairer Economy plan. This work supports our strategy for a vibrant and sustainable West End, to invest in high streets throughout the borough and enable jobs for local communities.
