Outline Planning Permission
You can make an application for outline planning permission to allow for a decision on the general principles of how a site can be developed. Outline planning permission is granted subject to conditions requiring the subsequent approval of one or more ‘reserved matters’.
The quickest and easiest way to submit a planning application is online via the Planning Portal.
If you are unable to do this you will need to download and post the relevant application form to the address on the form.
