Street trading compliance

The conditions street traders are expected to meet.

All street trading licences, including temporary and casual licences have conditions which the licence holder is expected to comply with. These conditions will be clearly explained to you when you apply for your licence.

Street trading and temporary licence standard conditions

The street trading licence standard conditions as prescribed under the City of Westminster Act 1999 have applied to all street trading and temporary licences since 4 January 2017.
