What happens next

You will be contacted by experienced and qualified officers from the Environmental Health, District Surveyor and Licensing services who will give you advice or arrange a site visit.

The advice given will not include views from other responsible authorities, such as the Police or Fire Authority, who have the legal right to make a representation relating to the application.

Determining any application that is subject to representations will be the mandate of the Licensing Sub-Committee. The committee will consider the application and the representations on its own merits and determine the application accordingly.
